Apprenticeships
In line with the Governments Apprenticeship objectives, ATT has embraced the delivery of apprenticeships both within the business and construction sectors, continuing to support local and regional businesses by means of developing and enhancing their workforces.
Through a combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge, apprenticeships can be tailored to suit business needs, helping staff develop the skills they need on the job whilst gaining nationally recognised qualifications.
As more and more employers turn to apprenticeships as an alternative method of recruitment, employers are beginning to realise that apprenticeships are both cost effective and an efficient way to recruit and retain staff, whilst maintaining a competitive edge through staff receiving relevant industry training and experience.
