1. Customer Service Apprentice

Long Stratton

Exciting Customer Service/Sales Apprenticeship opportunity based in Long Stratton. No experience required as full training will be given, however a positive attitude, great work ethic and strong communication skills are a must. Applicants must be computer literate and have good problem solving skills. Maths English GCSE's are advantageous however not essential. Duties will include: - answering incoming calls - dealing with enquiries - filing and general office support - processing customer orders - dealing with dispatch paperwork - stock control - purchasing - maintain operating procedures - promote company products - process payments and update management system. 2. Business Admin Apprentice

Roudham, Harling

Exciting Apprenticeship opportunity based in Roudham, Harling. No experience required as full training will be given, however a positive attitude, good work ethic and strong communication skills are a must. 3. Business Admin Apprentice

Rackheath, Norwich

Fantastic opportunity based at Rackheath.  No experience required as full training will be given.  However a positive attitude, good work ethic and strong communication skills are essential.  Duties will include: filing, taking and making telephone calls, taking orders and processing them, using various software packages including SAGE.  You will be required to amend accounts, liaise with other team members and carry out other general administration tasks.
